1. What is an Ad?

Each campaign is comprised of one or more ads.
An ad is comprised of targeting keywords that are associated with a maximum cost per click.
Ads are used to organize bidding and ad unit activity for your campaigns.
It also provides the flexibility to set different maximum bids for different keywords.

2. How many keywords should I have per ad?

We advise users to choose between 20 - 100 keywords per ad. It is best to select of the keywords that best describe your active listings. Keywords that are specific to your listings along with targeted ad messages produce the best results.

3. How do I edit my Maximum Cost Per Click (CPC)?

To edit your max CPC:
- Login to your account and click on the name of the campaign that contains the ad you would like to edit. Next, click on the name of the specific ad you would like to edit.
- Scroll down to the list of your keywords; In the max CPC field, enter your new desired CPC. Your max bid can be as high as you want, but the minimum bid per click is $0.10.
- Click the "Update Ad title/Ad message/CPC" tab located to the top middle of the screen to save changes.

4. What is "landing page URL"?

A "landing page URL" is the destination page where you want to send clicks to.

5. How do I edit my landing page URL?

To edit your landing page URL:
- Login to your account and click on the name of the campaign that contains the ad you would like to edit. Next, click on the name of the specific ad you would like to edit.
- Scroll down to the list of your keywords; select the check box beside each keyword you wish to edit. Next, click on the "Edit landing page Url" tab and make the desired changes on the following page.
- Hit the "Submit" button once changes have been completed.

6. Does my keyword automatically end when my eBay auction is over?

Yes. If you are linking a keyword to a single eBay auction page,
the keyword will automatically pause when your eBay auction ends.

7. Can I create more than one Ad under the same Campaign?

|
Yes. You may create a new Ad within an existing Campaign by follow these steps:
- From the Campaign Summary page, click on the campaign in which you would like to create your new ad.
- Click on the "Create New Ad" link at the right side of the page.
- Follow the steps outlined to create a new ad.

8. Do I need to update my user profile if I change my eBay User ID?

adMarketplace Keywords takes the eBay User ID and contact information from your eBay account.
In order to change the contact name or e-mail address in your adMarketplace Keywords profile,
you must make the changes in your eBay account under My eBay. When you make changes to your user account on eBay,
those changes will also be reflected on adMarketplace Keywords the next time you login.
You must log into adMarketplace Keywords in order for any changes to be updated in your adMarketplace Keywords account.

9. Do I need to update my landing page(s) if I change the name of my eBay store?

Yes, after you change your store name you must immediately re-link the landing page for
each keyword in your ad(s) if they link to a specific area within your store; this will
avoid your clicks from being sent to an invalid landing page.
