1. What is Auto Renewal?

Auto Renewal is a great way to keep your adMarketplace Keywords campaign active without having to re-enter billing or budget information. When you select the Auto Renewal option, your campaign budget will be automatically renewed when your budget has been spent. Prior to your campaign budget being spent, adMarketplace Keywords will re-establish your original budget and charge that amount to your PayPal account. If you do not select the Auto Renewal option, adMarketplace Keywords will send you an email notification when your budget has been spent, and you will be reminded to fund your campaign budget and re-active your ads.

2. How do I sign up for Auto Renewal?

First, log in to your adMarketplace Keywords account. Second, select the campaign you would like to add funds to, by clicking on the respective radio button. Next, click on the ‘Set Auto Renewal’ button.On the next page, you can select your desired form of payment and the amount you would like to be charged when your current budget has been depleted. If you select the paypal option, you will be re-directed to Paypal.com where you will need to complete a one-time time setup process called ‘Merchant Initiated Payment.’ Follow the steps outlined to fill out the required paypal information. You will then be brought back to the adMarketplace Keywords screen where you can then enter your Auto Renewal budget amount and check the Auto Renewal box.

3. How do I apply Auto Renewal to my other campaigns?

First, log in to your adMarketplace Keywords account. Second, select the campaign you would like to add funds to, by clicking on the respective radio button. Next, click on the ‘Set Auto Renewal’ button and enter the amount you would like to be charged when your current budget has been depleted. Check the Auto Renewal box and save the changes by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.

4. How do I get Bonus Dollars for Auto Renewal?

All Auto Renewal deposits are automatically credited with 25% in Bonus Dollars, regardless of the size of the deposit.

5. How do I disable Auto Renewal?

First, log in to your adMarketplace Keywords account. Second, select the campaign you would like to remove the Auto Renewal feature from, by clicking on the respective radio button. Next, click on the ‘Set Auto Renewal’ button.Un-check the Auto Renewal box corresponding with your campaign and then save the changes by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.
