Survey Results
Thank you for the record-setting participation in our 2007 survey! We especially appreciate those of you who took the extra time to write a comment or suggestion. We like to believe that our personal customer service sets us apart and makes AMPkeywords.com unique. And we're pleased that you agree - as you gave us high marks in Customer Service. This was our second highest rated category after "Increased Sales" - which we know is the real reason that 95% of you renew your Campaigns with us!
Traffic Quality and Volume
As expected, you told us that two of the most important qualities in a Pay Per Click provider are Increased Sales and Traffic Volume. You want high-quality, low cost traffic and you want lots of it!
In the past 90 days we have added three new traffic partners including MSN adCenter - and we will continue to add new partners throughout the holiday season.
Also, we have further refined our conversion-optimization algorithm so that only the highest-quality traffic is delivered to your store or listing.
Ad Creation Upgrades
Still, we're not resting on our laurels. In fact, we have already put a few of your suggestions into action.
- You asked us to increase the maximum characters for your ad description. We increased it to 70 from 55. Now you have more room to get your message out to potential customers.
- You gave us two excellent suggestions for selecting and adding keywords.
- We changed the keyword suggestion tool so that the suggested keywords are now opt-in instead of opt-out. This means that if you like the keywords we suggest, you can select them and click the "add" button. We no longer are automatically adding our suggested keywords to your campaign.
- Also, we made it easier to input your own keywords. You no longer have to use a comma between each keyword or phrase. Now, you can enter your keyword or phrase and hit return. A small change, perhaps, but we recognize that every keystroke counts!
